To get to La Casita Alpujarreña de Murtas, we indicate that as a traditional Alpujarra town, the streets are narrow in a mountain town and sometimes difficult to access, so we suggest you park directly on Calle Lomilla on number 4, together to the bus stop next to the same main road GR5202. Going down the Granada street towards the hostel about 100 meters away you will find some stairs that go up to a small square (houses of the masters) and there is the Casita Alpujarreña.
If it is winter it is very possible that we leave pineapples and firewood to turn on the stove.
In Murtas there is a bar-restaurant, two candy factories, a small supermarket, the baker passes every day bringing fresh bread and traditional sweets, you can also find them in the store, and the fishmonger bring fresh fish from the fish market 4 days to the week. If you consult the neighbors they will indicate the hours and places of stop.
We can also visit the Cuatro Vientos Winery and its inn and restaurant. Walk through the ascent to Cerrajón or the La Solana Trail.
